1. Non-Returnable Products

Clearly state:

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all purchases are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

This protects your store from people using products and then requesting refunds.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Exception

You should still allow help in these cases.

Example:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

This keeps the policy fair and professional.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • wrong item sent
  • damaged item on arrival
  • lost shipment (case-by-case)

Not for:

  • change of mind
  • allergic reactions
  • personal preference
  • expected results not achieved
  • opened/used items

4. Order Cancellation

Recommended:

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

This helps avoid fulfillment headaches.
